Employee Giving Initiatives

Matching Gifts Program
In an effort to support our employees’ personal charitable interests and maximize their individual contributions, OppenheimerFunds, Inc. offers an Employee Matching Gifts Program. Employee contributions are matched dollar for dollar (with a per gift minimum of $25 and an annual maximum of $1,000) to non-profit and educational institutions that are recognized as 501(c)(3) organizations by the Internal Revenue Service.

2009 Program highlights include:
- Matched nearly 700 employee gifts for a total of over $200,000
- Over 350 institutions received matches in 2009.

Dollars for Doers Program
OppenheimerFunds is committed to being an active corporate citizen. Our employees are integral to that commitment and many are already active volunteers in their local communities, donating hours of personal time supporting their favorite causes. The Dollars for Doers program recognizes, supports and applauds our employees’ efforts.

The program allows employees to apply for up to two $250 grants per year, payable to their chosen non-profit organization(s).

2009 Program highlights include:
- Granted 8 employee gifts for a total of nearly $3,000
- Nearly 10 institutions received grants in 2009.

Blood Drive
OppenheimerFunds, Inc. hosts blood drives several times a year on-site in both the New York and Denver offices through the New York Blood Center and the Children’s Hospital Blood Center and Bonfils Blood Center in Denver.

In 2009 OppenheimerFunds employees donated nearly 200 pints of blood to support their respective communities.
